Our River Hog Hunt package is a fun
scenic hunt on the San Antonio River that all hunters
will enjoy. Big hogs abound. It is not unusual to
shoot 200-250 pounders. As always there are NO
KILL FEES on our hunts.
This hunt is a bow or crossbow
only hunt. If you do
not have a bow or crossbow we have professional
grade loaner crossbows with night vision scopes available
for rent!
A CROSSBOW
SHOOTS JUST LIKE A SILENT RIFLE, without the annoying
bang that scares away the hogs. It is not unusual
to have the hogs back in on you within minutes.
In addition to the traditional early
morning and late evening hunt, hunting at night over
the lighted feeders can be very productive. (Especially
for the monster hogs)
Package Rate
The hunt includes the following:
3 Hogs
mornings, evenings and nights
$175.00 per gun per day with a two day minimum. All
crossbows are sighted in and hunters will be allowed
to target shoot before the hunt.
Meals and lodging are
(not) provided on this hunt,
however you will receive a Stone Creek Outfitters
discount at the La Quinta Inn. Excessive
showering, especially during the hot summer months,
allows for a more successful close quarter bow or
crossbow type hunt. The hotel is more advantageous
for this reason.
As always there are no kill fees.
We will meet in town the night before the hunt.
